Delivery – Client Servicing Executive

Role Summary:

Act as the face of delivery operations for clients — manage relationships, expectation setting, issue resolution, and feedback loop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Handson with all leading affiliate panels in Impact, Rakuten, Awin, etc
  • Can smoothly get the integration of the campaigns done.
  • Ensure timely updates and satisfaction during delivery.
  • Escalate and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate internally for delivery improvements.
  • Prepare client reports & conduct reviews.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years in client servicing/operations.
  • Excellent communication & relationship skills.
  • Client-centric mindset and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
