Delivery – Client Servicing Executive
Role Summary:
Act as the face of delivery operations for clients — manage relationships, expectation setting, issue resolution, and feedback loop.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Handson with all leading affiliate panels in Impact, Rakuten, Awin, etc
Can smoothly get the integration of the campaigns done.
Ensure timely updates and satisfaction during delivery.
Escalate and resolve concerns promptly.
Coordinate internally for delivery improvements.
Prepare client reports & conduct reviews.
Skills & Requirements
1–3 years in client servicing/operations.
Excellent communication & relationship skills.
Client-centric mindset and problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
