Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute delivery operations in accordance with Pearl SOPs and delivery procedures.
  • Ensure all dispatched materials match approved delivery notes, labels, and ERP documentation.
  • Monitor, record, and report daily delivery activities and performance.
  • Track delivery status and proactively communicate delays or issues to internal stakeholders (Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).
  • Ensure safe handling of finished goods and immediate reporting of any equipment malfunction (forklifts, pallet trucks, etc.).
  • Prepare and verify product and shipping labels as per company procedures.
  • Manage customer returns in line with approved SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate finished‑goods accounting to minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and reliability.
