APAC Delivery Director

The Delivery Director is accountable for the success of a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, profitability, and long-term client satisfaction. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, mentor project teams, and partner with Sales to drive growth across both new and existing accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced consulting environment and brings a blend of leadership, delivery discipline, and strategic thinking.

This position is remote and can be based in Australia.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client and Engagement Leadership

  • Lead the delivery of multiple, concurrent client engagements, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction with services delivered.
  • Manage and mentor the assigned consulting teams including project managers and consultants, addressing performance management and development opportunities.
  • Enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices to drive consistency and quality across engagements.
  • Oversee project financials including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability tracking.
  • Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Delivery Leadership

  • Work closely with other Delivery leaders as well as Sales and Executive teams to align delivery with business goals and client expectations.
  • Drive initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, client satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Assist in recruiting by interviewing candidates and providing hiring recommendations.

Business Development and Sales Support

  • Partner with our Sales Directors to identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Participate in sales pursuits with new clients.
  • Contribute to account planning and strategy sessions to align delivery capabilities with client growth objectives.
  • Support the development of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and pricing strategies for new and existing clients.
  • Participate in client presentations, solutioning workshops, and contract negotiations as a delivery subject matter expert.
  • Provide insights from delivery experience to inform go-to-market strategies and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of client-facing consulting experience, preferably in the workforce management (WFM), human capital management (HCM) or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects or programs.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a small, high-growth and fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of UKG Pro WFM or Infor WFM is a plus.
  • Experience with financial oversight and P&L responsibility is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as both domestically and internationally.
