Delivery Director

Role: Delivery Director | Location: Chennai

Key Expectations:

• Progressive growth from a strong software development background with 7–8+ years of enterprise-level development experience

• Master’s degree preferred with a strong academic foundation

• Prior experience as Tech Lead / Architect, with exposure to pre-sales activities

• 5+ years in leadership roles within IT services organizations

• Experience working with or delivering for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India is highly desirable

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and executive presence

• Strong expertise in application development, system design, solution & technical architecture

• Hands-on or certified experience across Cloud, Data, and Full-Stack Engineering

• Proven experience in delivering digital platforms with AI / GenAI components

• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and their business applications

• Experience managing large delivery teams (300+ members)

• Overall experience not exceeding 18 years

• Domain exposure in CPG, Retail, BFSI, Automotive, or Manufacturing preferred

• Certifications in Agile, Cloud, or AI are strongly preferred
