RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be responsible for the overall operations of the café and their duties will include but not be limited to:
o Work with Shipping and Receiving staff to double check outbound orders.
o Matching invoices to outbound orders.
o Help creative daily manifest.
o Work with Shipping and Receiving staff to load truck with following deliveries according to manifest.
o Perform daily truck checklist before deliveries; inform Shipping and Receiving Manager for any concerns or issues.
o Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to transport coffee beans to various customer locations
o Provide excellent customer service at each delivery stop
o Have all packing receipts signed by receiving end return to orderesk.
o Collect invoices from 49th Cafes and return it to AP department.
o All gas receipts are provided to AP department.
