As the Delivery Engineer – Business Messaging, you will be responsible for the solutions engineering of OTT messaging using ADA’s Business Messaging Platform. It’s your job to build and manage development of chatbot and integration based on client requirement, creating custom chatbot flows for the OTT messaging of businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive chatbot flows using the Business Messaging Platforms drag‑drop flow creator and do the API integration
- Coordinate with external development teams to deploy features and bug fixes.
