Delivery Head

15+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5 years managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects

Demonstrated experience in migrating SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud in complex, multi-instance environments.

Proven experience in managing large teams and P&L responsibility.

This role requires deep expertise in SAP Projects, S/4HANA, cloud hosting, stakeholder collaboration, and experience working with System Integrators (SI), SAP partners, and internal teams. The Delivery Manager will ensure the successful, timely, and cost-effective delivery of the migration, while managing risk, quality, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and managing multiple concurrent projects Develop and execute a cloud migration roadmap aligned with the organization's business objectives, timelines, and budget. Facilitate decision-making across internal teams, external System Integrators (SI), and SAP partners. Lead the and execution of a strategy for SAP S/4HANA, and build GTM for region Collaborate with teams for building strong team and manage expectations. Act as the primary point of contact between Sales, SAP, for the projects Communicate project goals, progress, risks, and outcomes Establish and enforce a comprehensive governance structure, monitoring project milestones, deliverables, and cloud-specific KPIs. Leverage emerging trends in cloud technologies to future-proof the ERP infrastructure. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, including hybrid and full-cloud deployments. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project management practices.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage across technical and business teams. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Proven ability to manage complex budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and vendors. Experience managing global or regional SAP projects with cloud-hosted system.
