Role Overview:

As the Account Delivery Head (ADH) , you will be the primary owner of the delivery engine for our most strategic accounts in the High-Tech and Semiconductor sectors. This is a P&L-heavy role where you will balance Operational Excellence with Account Growth (EE & EN) . You will be expected to lead a team of 5–6 Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) and act as a account P&L to Client CXOs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Satisfaction & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for CXO/VP-level stakeholders; monitor CSAT/NPS scores and manage renewals to ensure 100% account retention.
