    Job Description

  • Delivery Management: Own and manage delivery of the digital portfolio, including planning, execution, and ensuring delivery excellence for complex technology programs.
  • P&L Ownership: Responsible for a portfolio worth $50-100M, monitoring revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction.
  • Thought Leadership: Drive innovation and launch human-centric solutions leveraging digital applications, data, AI, and modern technologies.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and empower delivery managers and project teams, ensuring risk management and smooth execution.
  • Growth Enablement: Collaborate with sales and technology teams for portfolio growth, RFP responses, and strategic initiatives.
  • Business Management: Oversee operational metrics like utilization, productivity, and process automation to improve efficiency.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 18+ years in IT services with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing large transformation programs.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud-native solutions, AI/ML, application modernisation, and digital experience technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams, mentor managers, and drive delivery excellence.
  • Business Acumen: Skilled in P&L management, budgeting, and translating technology strategies into business value.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and ability to articulate complex concepts to executives and technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a track record of delivering results in complex environments.
