**Overview**
We are looking for a hands-on IT Delivery Lead to drive delivery across Cards technology, with an immediate focus on Visa programs including Click to Pay and Youth Cards. This role requires a technically strong delivery lead who can take a High-Level Design (HLD) and confidently drive end-to-end delivery across multiple domains and teams.

+ Lead delivery acrossCards Microservices and Cards Mainframe
+ Drive multiple projects/programs concurrently in a complex banking environment
+ Own delivery from HLD through execution and release
+ Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues
