Delivery Lead ( IT Staffing)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery & Vendor Management Lead with strong experience in India-focused IT staff augmentation / contract staffing . Someone who has handled delivery for large enterprises only.

This person will take ownership of fulfillment of client requirements by driving recruiter productivity, building local vendor partnerships, and implementing delivery processes to ensure timely closures.

This role is for someone who has worked in a staffing firm handling India-based requirements  and knows how to build vendor ecosystems and delivery engines from the ground up.
