Job Description
The Corporate Services Quality Control Supervisor will oversee and QC all CoSec client tasks performed by team members, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in corporate secretarial operations. This role would also drive process improvements through MIS preparation, SOP creation, and governance support
Key Responsibilities
- QC team tasks including: organizing/preparing agendas and board packs for board/committee/AGM meetings; taking minutes, drafting resolutions, and monitoring decisions; organizing/following up on meetings and related documentation; maintaining statutory books/registers; reviewing/filing/archiving corporate documents; drafting simple documents (e.g., circular resolutions); gathering/presenting documents for internal/external requests.
