Job Title: Delivery Director- Service Now
Experience: 15+ years
Location: Greater Noida
We at Coforge are hiring Delivery Director-Service Now with the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Service Now
- Ensure high‑quality delivery execution for programs involving Service Now implementations, infrastructure automation, and platform modernization.
- Establish delivery frameworks—governance models, KPIs, SLAs, and quality checkpoints—to ensure consistent delivery performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including architecture, engineering, QA, PMO, and service operations to ensure seamless program execution.
- Build, mentor, and scale high‑performing delivery teams including architects, engineers, developers, and operations specialists.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on delivery best practices, operational maturity, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Service Now, and strategic technology partners.
- Support pre-sales only as needed from a delivery governance and solution feasibility standpoint (no revenue targets or sales KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field (B. Tech preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in IT Delivery, with at least 6+ years leading large-scale Service Now, or infrastructure delivery engagements.
- Proven track record of executing complex multi-tower transformation programs and managing large delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of Service Now modules, and enterprise IT operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder governance, people management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Certifications in cloud technologies, Service Now, ITIL, or delivery leadership are an added advantage.
