Hiring: Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager – Contract Staffing (Immediate Joiners)

We are hiring an experienced Delivery Lead / Manager with 10–15 years of recruitment experience , strong hands-on Product-Based Company hiring , and Contract Staffing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery for IT Contract Staffing requirements.
• Lead Product-Based hiring across multiple technical skill sets.
• Actively participate in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures.
• Manage client relationships, delivery commitments, and escalations.
• Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the recruitment team.
• Ensure SLA adherence, quality hiring, and timely onboarding.
• Track delivery metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10–15 years of overall experience in IT Recruitment / Staffing.
• Mandatory experience in Product-Based Company hiring .
• Strong exposure to Contract Staffing / IT Staffing .
• Proven ability to handle hands-on delivery along with team management .
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing high-volume and niche technology hiring.
