Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong leadership and digital delivery expertise to manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and effective stakeholder management across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects from initiation to closure
• Own delivery commitments related to scope, time, cost, and quality
• Drive execution using Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes, governance, and reporting standards
• Monitor project health using KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and status communications
• Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10-13 years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management
• Strong exposure to digital technologies and modern IT delivery environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum , or other project management methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and business leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certification (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or digital transformation programs
• Exposure to offshore/onshore delivery models
