Job Title: BFSI Digital Transformation / AI Consultant (Retail Banking)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced BFSI professional with strong domain expertise in Retail Banking and hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, OCR, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to digital transformation programs within Retail Banking .
• Apply Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions to enhance banking operations, customer experience, and process efficiency.
• Drive automation initiatives using OCR, intelligent document processing , and AI-led workflows.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to define, design, and implement innovative banking solutions.
• Support client engagements , workshops, and solution discussions.
• Provide thought leadership in AI-driven transformation initiatives within BFSI.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in BFSI , specifically Retail Banking .
• Hands-on or leadership experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, OCR , and digital transformation programs .
• Strong understanding of banking processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience working on Europe or US banking engagements .
• Exposure to global banking clients and cross-cultural project environments.
• Consulting or transformation program experience.
