We are hiring an experienced Delivery Lead / Manager with 10–15 years of recruitment experience , strong hands-on Product-Based Company hiring , and Contract Staffing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery for IT Contract Staffing requirements.
Lead Product-Based hiring across multiple technical skill sets.
Actively participate in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures.
Manage client relationships, delivery commitments, and escalations.
Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the recruitment team.
Ensure SLA adherence, quality hiring, and timely onboarding.
Track delivery metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills:
