Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong leadership and digital delivery expertise to manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and effective stakeholder management across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects from initiation to closure
- Own delivery commitments related to scope, time, cost, and quality
- Drive execution using Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to delivery processes, governance, and reporting standards
- Monitor project health using KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and status communications
- Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10-13 years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management
- Strong exposure to digital technologies and modern IT delivery environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and business leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certification (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or digital transformation programs
- Exposure to offshore/onshore delivery models
