Delivery Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Break down projects into manageable MVPs
- Interface with business and technology leaders to ensure team activities align with company goals
- Identify and address bottlenecks early to maintain project momentum
- Contribute to strategic technology planning, prioritization, and driving the product roadmap
- Learn and understand the technical details of prospect and customer communication systems, including underlying integration processes
- Lead communication initiatives, including engineering development for new or extended projects, campaign execution, and production support
- Assist platform users with campaign workflow development and execution, including message sequencing and staging
- Work with stakeholders to document deployment readiness checklists and ensure configurations are validated before campaign launches
