Delivery Manager- Design Verification

UST is looking for Practice Head/Delivery manager role to join in our team.

Exp- 18+ Yrs

Location- Bangalore

NP- Immediate-45 days

Role Summary:

This role will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling the Design Verification and RTL Design practice. This role owns technical excellence, delivery quality, people leadership, pre-sales support, and strategic growth of the DV & RTL practice across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for the DV & RTL practice.

Provide technical leadership across RTL design and verification programs.

Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and act as escalation point.

Drive hiring, mentoring, and capability development of DV & RTL teams.

Collaborate with sales and leadership on practice growth and account expansion.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical oversight and guidance across DV and RTL projects.

Strong hands-on understanding of:

RTL Design: Verilog/SystemVerilog, synthesis, lint, CDC, low-power design

Design Verification: UVM, SystemVerilog assertions, functional & code coverage

Leadership & Management Skills:

Proven experience in building and scaling engineering practices.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

Ability to manage large, multi-location teams.

Strong decision-making, risk management, and communication skills

People & Talent Management:

Build and mentor strong technical leaders (Architects, Tech Leads, Managers).

Drive hiring strategy, interview frameworks, and capability mapping.

Define competency matrices and career paths for DV & RTL engineers.

Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning.
