The Opportunity

The Department of Veterans’ Affairs is seeking a proactive Technical Delivery Manager to act as the operational engine room for the Cloud Infrastructure, Architecture and Strategy function. This is a hands‑on delivery leadership role supporting the translation of technical strategy into delivered value—across roadmaps, technical designs, governance artefacts, and stakeholder reporting.

You will work closely with architects and technical leads to build an integrated plan, manage competing priorities (BAU and strategic initiatives), surface risks and dependencies early, and produce high‑quality updates for senior stakeholders.
