We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives across complex, international environments. This role requires deep expertise in digital delivery, ERP ecosystems, and end-to-end business processes, combined with strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and execution capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in ERP and enterprise platforms, a proven track record of driving transformation programs, and the ability to bridge business and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large-scale digital and business transformation programs across multiple geographies.
  • Drive end-to-end program and project management, from strategy definition through execution and value realization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define target operating models, business requirements, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Oversee delivery involving ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle), integration frameworks, and enterprise applications.
  • Support and optimize Quote-to-Cash processes, including project costing, tendering, and order management, where applicable.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and external partners to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
  • Provide strong stakeholder management, influencing and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, proactively addressing issues to keep programs on track.
  • Contribute to strategic storytelling and executive-level communication to drive alignment and adoption.
  • Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in digital delivery, program/project management, and/or consulting.
  • Strong foundation in ERP technologies, particularly SAP and Oracle, including integration frameworks.
  • Experience with CPQ and Service Execution platforms, especially Oracle and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale business and/or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in business-facing roles is preferred.
  • Exposure to international environments and multicultural teams is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Services Business, Digital Customer Relationship transformations, and/or UNIFY transformations is a plus.
