The Delivery Manager – Crew COTS Application is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Crew Management application. This role ensures successful planning, execution, and release of system capabilities while balancing business needs, vendor coordination, technical constraints, and operational stability. The Delivery Manager acts as the primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes, timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.


Key Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or similar role

• Strong experience delivering COTS applications in complex enterprise environments

• Experience managing vendors and system integrators
