Delivery Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek Technologies to lead complex insurance platform implementations. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the Duck Creek suite and a proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery in the P&C insurance domain.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Duck Creek with significant exposure to Policy, Billing and Claims.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple Duck Creek programs or rollouts.
• Deep understanding of Duck Creek suite components: Author, Transact, Express, Integration Gateway, Data Insights, and Content Management.
• Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand (cloud-based deployments) and On-Premise models.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and processes.
• Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid experience with Agile, Scrum delivery models.
• Certifications in Duck Creek, PMP or Agile methodologies are preferred.
