Role and Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives using the Digital Backbone for integration requirements.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues.
