Delivery Manager

The POSITION | About YOU:

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of our bank compliance, KYC, and payments products and projects. You will work closely with clients as part of the delivery team to manage client communication related to product customisation, implementation, and delivery processes. The ideal client should have experience in a customer-facing role and a strong interest in digital KYC and bank payment processes for regulated entities. An engineering, IT, or similar background is advantageous.

You will understand and analyse client needs, diving deep into their workflows and processes to define the most suitable implementation strategies.
