Job Description

Our Delivery Managers focus on the day-to-day operational delivery of live ecommerce stores. In this mid-level, hands-on role , you’ll be the client’s main point of contact for operational requests, coordinating issue resolution, managing small changes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth events and stable operations.

You’ll also support projects related to new features, store launches, and geo-expansions, helping to maintain delivery plans, align timelines with Project Managers, and collaborate with Product Owners on requirements.
