The Opportunity


Our Delivery Managers own the day‑to‑day operational heartbeat of live ecommerce stores. You'll be the client's primary point of contact for operational requests, coordinating issue resolution and small changes, and orchestrating cross‑functional teams to deliver smooth events and reliable operations. You will also be accountable for projects tied to new features, new stores, and geo‑expansions, maintaining the overall program, aligning plans with Project Managers, and working closely with Product Owners on requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all operational and day‑to‑day requests for live stores (issues, small change developments, store operations).
  • Issue tracking and coordination of timely resolutions across internal teams; manage small changes from intake through delivery, keeping client updated throughout.
