Job Description:
- Own the offshore QE delivery for complex, multi-channel retail programs (store, e Commerce, supply chain, POS, loyalty, etc.).
- Establish and enforce QE governance, including phase gates, sign-off criteria, risk registers, and escalation pathways.
- Drive adoption of automation frameworks, performance testing, and CI/CD-aligned practices.
- Driving innovation and AI
- Oversee resource planning, ramp-ups/downs, and multi-vendor capacity management to meet dynamic client needs.
- Should be able to drive automation initiatives using technologies like Playwright. java / Appium, AI tools in QE
- Retail domain is good to have
