Job Description



  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, timely delivery, and strategic alignment with recruitment goals. Managed team P&L, ensuring cost-effective recruitment strategies while supporting client needs.

  • Lead client service delivery operations across assigned accounts, consistently achieving high submission-to-hire ratios.

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to define job requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce planning strategies.

  • Oversee recruitment delivery for key accounts including Tech Mahindra, HCL, State of Virginia and Quality Insurance, ensuring compliance with SLA metrics and workforce needs.

  • Handson experience using ATS JobDiva

  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to drive performance, candidate quality, and process improvements.

  • Ensure seamless onboarding of candidates and act as a liaison between recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.

  • Drive strategic hiring initiatives for both contingent and full-time roles in various domains such as IT infrastructure, software development, healthcare staffing, and insurance operations.

  • Generate and present weekly client delivery reports, hiring trends, and fulfillment metrics to leadership and client partners.
