To do this, we seeking to integrate a Delivery Manager (only FROM CHILE) into our team.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Delivery Leadership

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog together with client stakeholders

  • Translate needs into actionable user stories and manage delivery priorities

  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (or other agile/hybrid cadences)

  • Monitor delivery health through metrics (velocity, quality, budget, engagement)

  • Navigate ambiguity, scope changes, and technical complexity with clarity
