DELIVERY MANAGER

The Delivery Manager is responsible for the technical delivery anddependency management through close collaboration with the Division'sstakeholders (i.e. Product Owner, Service Designer, Product Engineering, Shared Services) as well as other cross-functional unitswithin the organization (i.e ITG, ISD etc.)
The delivery manager performs SCRUM Master duties andresponsibilities to the SRUM team in addition to developing the projectplan, scope, estimates, timelines and manage the implementation oftechnical projects using project management methodologies (waterfallor agile) to ensure on-time delivery while meeting businessrequirements and ensuring compliance to process and technicalstandards.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that projectmilestones and deliverables are fulfilled as committed, that roadblocks,risks, and issues are managed in a timely manner, and thatimplementation is done in compliance to the IT Governanceframework.
