We are hiring an IT Recruitment Delivery Manager with strong DIR (Texas Department of Information Resources) experience to lead and manage end-to-end IT recruitment delivery for Texas state agency projects. This role is responsible for ensuring timely submissions, compliance with DIR guidelines, high-quality candidate delivery, and effective recruiter performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment delivery for DIR and Texas state agency requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to meet delivery targets
- Ensure compliance with DIR contracts, SLAs, rate cards, and submission guidelines
