Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – US IT Staffing to lead and manage end-to-end staffing delivery for US-based clients. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for requirement fulfillment, team performance, compliance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement of delivery operations across MSP and direct client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Requirement Management
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for US clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, etc.).
- Analyze job requirements and define delivery strategies based on skills, rates, location, and compliance needs.
- Manage demand forecasting and prioritize open requirements to meet SLAs.
Delivery & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage recruitment teams (onshore/offshore).
- Assign requirements, define daily/weekly targets, and track delivery metrics.
- Ensure high-quality resume submissions aligned with client expectations.
Candidate Lifecycle Oversight
- Oversee the complete candidate lifecycle:
- Screening
- Submission
- Interview coordination
- Offer negotiation
- Onboarding and start confirmation
- Ensure candidates are interview-ready with strong communication and technical alignment.
- Manage redeployments, extensions, and backfills.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations and client onboarding requirements.
- Oversee documentation including I-9, EAD, I-94, visa documents, background checks, drug screening, W2/C2 C onboarding.
- Work closely with Immigration and HR teams to ensure visa and compliance adherence.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Immigration, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
- Handle delivery escalations related to candidate performance, pay issues, or client feedback.
Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report KPIs including:
- Time-to-fill
- Submissions vs interviews
- Interview-to-offer ratio
- Offer-to-join ratio
- Attrition rate
- Prepare weekly/monthly delivery dashboards for leadership.
Process Improvement & Training
- Define and enhance delivery SOPs and recruitment processes.
- Train recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening best practices, and compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
- Ensure SLA adherence and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support account growth through consistent delivery and relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in US IT Staffing, with at least 3–5 years in a Delivery Manager / Lead role.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS environments.
- In-depth knowledge of US work authorization types (H1 B, GC, EAD, USC, CPT/OPT).
- Experience managing high-volume delivery teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience meeting SLAs and driving delivery performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large enterprise or healthcare/government clients.
- Exposure to billing, payroll coordination, and margin management.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent escalation management and client-facing skills.
