Role: Delivery Manager

Location: Gr. Noida

Mode: work from office

Job Description:

  • Own the offshore QE delivery for complex, multi-channel retail programs (store, eCommerce, supply chain, POS, loyalty, etc.).
  • Establish and enforce QE governance, including phase gates, sign-off criteria, risk registers, and escalation pathways.
  • Drive adoption of automation frameworks, performance testing, and CI/CD-aligned practices.
  • Driving innovation and AI
  • Oversee resource planning, ramp-ups/downs, and multi-vendor capacity management to meet dynamic client needs.
  • Should be able to drive automation initiatives using technologies like Playwright . java / Appium, AI tools in QE
  • Retail domain is good to have
