Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA - Playwright to oversee and enhance our delivery management processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in QA, particularly with Playwright, to ensure the quality and efficiency of our delivery operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery management team, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for Salesforce applications using Playwright.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Conduct regular reviews of delivery processes and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    • Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Playwright for automated testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience in managing delivery processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.

    • Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of additional testing frameworks and tools.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce or Quality Assurance are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
