• As a leading medical courier service specializing in time-sensitive pharmaceutical and medical specimen deliveries, we are expanding our field operations and seeking a Delivery Operations Coordinator to support daily execution, ensure service excellence, and provide hands-on operational support in the Richmond market.
• This role is more field-based than a traditional office position and will include actively assisting with deliveries , onboarding and coordinting Independent Contract Couriers , and resolving real-time operational challenges.
• The position reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in maintaining smooth, compliant, and reliable delivery operations.
