Job Description
We are looking for a Strong Delivery Leader with deep BFSI experience and a solid technical background to lead complex projects, manage delivery governance, and build trusted relationships with banking & financial clients.
Experience: 15-20 years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of BFSI technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, SLAs, and quality metrics are met
🔹 Own delivery planning, execution, and governance across multiple projects
🔹 Drive delivery excellence within onsite-offshore models
🔹 Manage stakeholder communication with banking & financial clients
🔹 Provide technical guidance on integrations, cloud, APIs, data, and modernization efforts
🔹 Identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with governance standards
🔹 Lead and mentor teams of 50–150+ engineers and delivery professionals
🔹 Ensure adherence to BFSI compliance, security, and regulatory requirements
