- Manages project scope from budget, location and resource perspective.
- May mentor and train less experienced delivery team members.
- Accountable for implementing delivery management processes and improvements.
- Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders.
- Designs and delivers technical training programs based on business needs.
- Assists development of technology specific solutions.
