Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Director /Delivery Leads with deep expertise in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain and a strong technical foundation. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale delivery portfolios, drive digital transformation, strengthen governance, and ensure operational excellence across global banking programs. This role requires exceptional leadership, domain knowledge, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of large and complex BFSI programs across digital, core banking, compliance, and payments domains.
• Ensure delivery excellence through strong governance, quality assurance, and adherence to regulatory and security standards.
• Lead multi-disciplinary global teams within onsite–offshore delivery models.

2. Technical & Domain Expertise

• Provide technical direction across architecture, system integration, modernization, and platform implementation.
• Leverage deep knowledge of core banking systems, payments, KYC/AML, fraud systems, and regulatory/compliance frameworks.
• Guide teams in adopting emerging technologies and best practices.

3. Digital Transformation & Innovation

• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, AI/GenAI adoption, cloud migration, and digital banking experience improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with C-level executives, technology leaders, and global stakeholders.
• Align delivery objectives with client expectations and strategic business goals.
• Manage escalations, influence decision-making, and ensure proactive communication.

5. Financial & Operational Ownership

• Own P&L for BFSI accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, margin optimization, and cost control.
• Drive account growth through upselling, renewals, and expansion initiatives.
• Report delivery performance through KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks.

6. Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, mentor, and grow high-performing teams across engineering, delivery, and domain functions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and delivery excellence.
• Lead succession planning and capability-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15–20+ years of experience in BFSI technology delivery, with at least 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong technical background in software development, architecture, integration, and platform modernization.
• Proven expertise in BFSI domains: core banking, payments, KYC/AML, digital banking, compliance, and risk.
• Experience running large-scale programs with global, distributed teams.
• Strong command of Agile/Scaled Agile methodologies, governance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
