Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements related to Test Data Management (TDM), data masking, and data provisioning using Delphix.
- Design, implement, and maintain Delphix virtual data environments for non-production systems, ensuring data security and compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, PHI, PII).
- Develop, customize, and manage data masking, subsetting, and virtualization solutions to support healthcare applications and systems.
- Optimize data provisioning processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce refresh times, and enhance system performance.
- Perform data profiling, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness of test data.
- Support quarterly refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to resolve data-related incidents and requests.
