We're looking for a skilled Delphix Test Data Management Engineer to drive data masking, synthetic data generation, and secure test data provisioning in a regulated healthcare environment.

Role Overview:

• Own and manage Delphix TDM implementation end-to-end.
• Perform data de-identification/masking on sensitive healthcare datasets.
• Design and automate synthetic data pipelines for testing.
• Align TDM workflows with CI/CD and cloud environments (AWS/Azure optional).
• Ensure test data compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ yrs in Delphix with strong TDM and masking expertise.
• 2+ yrs in synthetic data generation.
• Healthcare domain knowledge is mandatory.

Good to Have:

• Scripting with Python or .NET.
• Experience with other TDM tools (Talend, Informatica, Oracle, CA).
• Exposure to CI/CD and cloud-hosted data platforms.
