• Perform Hands-on activities of Tickets analysis, User Communications.
• Identify & apply resolution / fix / configuration / data update etc., get it reviewed, test.
• Apply Resolution in various Maconomy Environments with prior approvals.
• Co-ordinate with various stakeholders.
