Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Looking for a strong Functional SME in Maconomy who will :-
Understand functional business requirements.
Prepare & execute Transition plan for Maconomy.
Prepare understanding document & execute playback sessions.
- Perform Hands-on activities of Tickets analysis, User Communications.
- Identify & apply resolution / fix / configuration / data update etc., get it reviewed, test.
- Apply Resolution in various Maconomy Environments with prior approvals.
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders.
- Tickets triaging, updation in SNOW / JIRA updating document repository & KA.
- Comply Support and/or release process.
Must Have :-
- We are looking for resources who are strong in Finance functional / Techno-functional.
- Prior ERP experience.
- Experience in GL, AP, AR, FA in any ERP for functional candidates.
- Experience in Java Script, Java, Mscript (proprietary language) for technical candidates.
- Prior IT &/or support related experience.
- Experience with end-to-end financial processes P2 P, O2 C & R2 R and Financial Period closure processes.
- Strong communication skills and client facing experience.
