As the Demand Analyst for the Europe CoE, you will create an unemotional base forecast that informs supply chain and commercial planning, improves customer satisfaction, and supports lean end‑to‑end supply chains.

• Provide reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baselines for 0–24‑month horizons at monthly buckets, offering guidance to markets on impactful focus areas.
• Evaluate and adjust system forecast parameters (multilevel disaggregation, predictive models). Own predictive analytics models.
• Drive low‑touch forecasting by setting exception–based parameters and ensuring alert configurations.
