About (Fractal’s Agentic AI Platform): Cogentiq is Fractal’s secure, scalable, enterprise agentic AI platform that enables teams to build, test, deploy, monitor agents and multi‑agent workflows with strong observability, evaluation, guardrails and RBAC across any cloud or LLM framework. It includes a no/low‑code development console , Agent & MCP Gateways , and an enterprise marketplace for reusable agents, tools, connections and guardrails .

Key Responsibilities

  • TAM/SAM/SOM ( analysis and recommend actionable growth levers.
  • Own, drive and execute DG planning, and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution plans.
  • Act as the SPOC for your clients for future business and relationship management Identify and drive white space growth with the region
  • Manage CXO relations with your clients and Generate C-level leads through professional networking and meetings.
  • Increase speed of sale cycle
  • Guide and Mentor Demand Generation and Inside Sales team
  • Partner with external Demand Gen/Lead Gen organizations and drive value through them

  • Qualification:

  • Education: MBA
  • Minimum 8+ years of sales experience (IT/AI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong skill to create and mentor High Performing Team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Ability to handle revenue responsibility and meet financial goals
  • Strong understanding of AI ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of Indian clients and Ecosystem
  • Experience of Hiring, Building and Leading sales teams
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Sales experience across different phases of sales cycle (IT/AI)
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to network with C-levels, VP-levels, and Director-levels
  • Design campaigns and execute within a Target Account list.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities raising the probability of closures.
  • Location Preference : Bengaluru/Mumbai/Gurugram
