Demand Generation Specialist

About (Fractal’s Agentic AI Platform): Cogentiq is Fractal’s secure, scalable, enterprise agentic AI platform that enables teams to build, test, deploy, monitor agents and multi‑agent workflows with strong observability, evaluation, guardrails and RBAC across any cloud or LLM framework. It includes a no/low‑code development console , Agent & MCP Gateways , and an enterprise marketplace for reusable agents, tools, connections and guardrails .

Role Overview:
You will be playing a critical role in building and nurturing a healthy pipeline with highly qualified opportunities in specific products and geographies (India) through targeted demand generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Target accounts and personas within target accounts to position and sell Cogentiq
  • Plan and execute AI-powered multi-channel demand generation campaigns (cold calls, email, digital) to generate qualified leads.
  • Use AI-driven insights for personalized engagement, including demos and tailored content, accelerating prospects through the funnel.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through AI-assisted prospecting, qualification, and discovery.
  • Collaborate with sales teams’ post-qualification to create data-informed win plans that boost conversion.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge and AI tools to customize messaging aligned with customer needs.
  • Partner with Product teams to share customer insights to enhance campaign impact.
  • Promote Fractal’s brand/Cogentiq on LinkedIn and relevant platforms for optimized visibility and engagement.
  • Focus on Awareness, education, lead capture, nurture, and intent activation
  • Increase pipeline and create pipeline velocity
  • Must Have:

  • 3 – 6 years of experience in Demand Generation, Pipeline Buiding, roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven experience selling Software Products, SaaS, Analytics, or AI-driven Solutions to global markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Strong ability to network and engage with C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders in India
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing targeted campaigns within defined Account lists.
  • Skilled at qualifying leads and opportunities effectively to increase the probability of closure
  • Location Preference : Bengaluru/Mumbai/Gurugram
