Role Summary

The Demand Lead – Sales will own and spearhead demand growth for Yulu’s Goods Mobility

businesses in the Delhi-NCR region. This role is responsible for B2C acquisition, funnel design

and conversion, enterprise demand partnerships, and on-ground sales execution.

You will lead a field sales organization, design scalable acquisition funnels, and work closely

with city operations and central teams to drive sustained user growth and revenue outcomes.

This role reports to the City Head and carries high accountability for demand OKRs.


Key Responsibilities

B2C Demand Acquisition & Growth

  • Own end-to-end B2C user acquisition strategy, spanning promoter-led sales, referrals, BTL activations, and hyperlocal demand channels.
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize acquisition funnels—from lead generation to conversion and activation.
  • Lead city-level user growth planning, including cohort-based acquisition strategies and localized demand plays.

Sales Planning & On-Ground Execution

  • Build, manage, and scale an on-ground sales team responsible for daily acquisition and activation targets.
  • Drive disciplined sales planning, territory allocation, productivity tracking, and execution rigor.
  • Ensure consistent on-ground execution across RWAs, colleges, malls, markets, transit hubs, and high-demand micro-clusters.

Enterprise & Fleet Partnerships

  • Own and grow enterprise relationships that generate B2C and B2B2C demand, including fleet operators, aggregators, and large employers.
  • Work with major fleet operators and supply builders to unlock scalable demand channels.
  • Manage onboarding, activation, and stabilization of enterprise partnerships in coordination with operations and cluster teams.

Funnel Conversion & Revenue Impact

  • Drive improvements in conversion rates, new user activation, and user retentionthrough structured funnel interventions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve bike utilization and revenue yield, collaborating with cluster heads, control tower, marketing, enterprise sales, and product/engineering teams.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Own demand-related OKRs, dashboards, and reporting cadence for the city.
  • Use data and on-ground insights to iterate on acquisition strategies and improve ROI on sales efforts.


Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is a strong fit for candidates who have:

  • Led on-ground sales or supply-building teams in enterprise, logistics, mobility, or marketplace businesses.
  • Driven growth and user acquisition through large fleet operators or enterprise partnerships.
  • Deep experience in field sales planning, execution, and team management in high- Velocity environments.


Key Requirements

  • B.E. / B.Tech with 3–6 years of experience in sales-led growth, enterprise partnerships, or field operations.
  • Proven ability to build funnels, drive conversions, and scale on-ground sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-heavy, and evolving environment.
  • High standards of ethics, ownership, and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
