Demand Manager LATAM

This position will support the Latim America S&OP volume and demand planning processes by facilitating the development of demand assumption plans, volume balance and will support success through metrics and communications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the connection product level demand plans.
• Identifies key demand risks and incorporate into contingency planning
• Ensures consensus is achieved between SPSC, Commercial and Finance
• Facilitates pre-commercial production planning through End to End guidelines
• Coordinates the Demand Risk Factor collection at the product level. Provide analytical risk factor guidance to Demand Team. Increase data collection efficiencies and accuracy through IBP.
• Supports the review of product lifecycles, product counts and inventory utilization.
